How to launch Form Analytics

There are two ways to launch Form Analytics:

Launch from the Analytics table

Find specific forms or identify popular forms with specific segments and filters. This is a common method if you have multiple forms to evaluate.

  1. Navigate to Analytics from the left navigation
  2. Click on Form Analytics from the list on the left

In the Form Analytics table, you’ll be able to manually search by form URL and filter results.

To manually search by URL that the form is on

  1. Select the magnifying glass in the upper right corner above the Form Analytics table
  2. Type all or part of your desired URL. For example, search for “contact” to see your contact page.

To filter results

Refine your manual search:

To refine results by date

  1. Click on the date located in the upper right corner above the Heatmaps table
  2. Select from the available options, including:
    1. Today
    2. Yesterday
    3. Last 24 hours

    5. Last 30 days
    6. This month
    7. This week
    8. Last week

To refine results by visitor segments

Within the app, you can set up and use Segments. These are saved combinations of filters to help you analyze or target specific groups of visitors.

  2. Select from the list of available Segments or click the purple Add new segment button to add your own. Click here to learn more.

As with other filters, the Form Analytics table will automatically update as you select a Segment.
