How to add a new site

Adding another website to be tracked by Lucky Orange is quick and easy. It costs $5 per site per month. Start by modifying your plan to allow for an additional site: 

1. Navigate to Settings from the main navigation
2. Select Plan & Billing
3. Click Upgrade Plan (if on a trial or free plan) or Change Plan if on a paid plan
4. Scroll down to Sites
5. Click on the number to modify the number of websites tracked. The plan summary will update as the number of sites changes. 
6. Continue through the upgrade or change process: 
   1. If you’re on Shopify, click the Next: Confirm with Shopify button located on the right under the Plan Summary. This will take you into Shopify to finalize the change. 
   2. If you are moving from a trial or free account with no previous payment method, click Next: Payment Method. Follow the steps to enter in your credit card or PayPal information and submit the payment. Once the payment has successfully been submitted, you’ll be returned to your Plan & Billing account information. 
   3. If you are moving from a paid plan to a different plan, click Submit to complete the transaction. Because your payment method is already on file, no additional steps will be needed. Once the payment has successfully been submitted, you’ll be returned to your Plan & Billing account information. 

Note: The additional site will share sessions allowed in your plan. Consider upgrading your plan to increase the number of allotted sessions.

Setting up the new site

1. Navigate to Settings from the main navigation
2. Select Sites, located near the top of your Settings menu
3. Click on the Add Site button in the upper right corner
4. Create a name from your new site and select Next
5. Add your site’s URL and select Next
6. Select how you classify your website, the website currency and the average price of products. Select Next. 
7. Copy your tracking code and select All Done! Your next step off of Lucky Orange is to install it on your website.
