How to find your site ID
Some integrations, such as WordPress, require the use of your site ID. While the site ID will be displayed during the installation process, you may need to find it after your account was initially installed or integrated. To find the site ID:
- Navigate to Settings from the left navigation
- Click on Sites from the list.
- You should now see your sites tables, listing all of the sites attributed to your account. Look at the second column for Site ID.
- If you have more than one site, identify the particular site you want to identify
- To the right of the site, highlight the site ID. The site ID is typically a combination of letters and numbers. In a few rare situations, it may be comprised of numbers without letters.
- Copy the site ID using one of the following:
- With your mouse: Right-click on your mouse to select copy
- With shortcuts: Press CTRL+C (Windows) or Command+C (Mac)
- From your tablet or mobile device: Touch and hold the highlight to select copy from the options
- With the side ID now copied, you can paste it as needed to complete your integration or installation process
- With your mouse: Right-click on your mouse to select paste
- With shortcuts: Press CTRL+V (Windows) or Command+V (Mac)
- From your tablet or mobile device: Touch and hold the highlight to select paste from the options
