How to check if Lucky Orange was installed correctly

In this help document, learn how to check if your tracking code was installed correctly on your website. This will only be available to Account Owners and Admins. Click here to learn more about roles and permissions.

  1. Select Overview from the left navigation. This will be your default view when you log into Lucky Orange unless you have bookmarked a different page.
  2. Locate the Install Lucky Orange card, shown above
  3. Click Verify Install
  4. There are three possible messages that will appear at the top of the page
    1. Tracking code installed successfully: No further action needed
    2. Tracking code not detected: Copy the tracking code, located in your Install Lucky Orange card, and add it to your website.
    3. No URL provided: First add your URL and re-verify installation

To add the URL to your site settings 

  1. Click on “Add URL” to jump to your Site Settings
  2. Select View Details on the far right of the site you want to add the URL to
  3. Click + Add under “Site URL”
  4. Add your URL
  5. Select Save
  6. Return to Overview using the left navigation to re-verify installation
