How to install Shopify manually
In the help document, we’ll explain how to manually install the Lucky Orange tracking code on your Shopify store.
- Copy your Lucky Orange tracking code; click here for more information on finding your store’s unique tracking code.
- Log into your Shopify store
- Click on Online Store under Sales Channels from the main navigation
- Select Themes; your current theme will be displayed.
- Click on the Actions drop-down, displayed as three dots, located by the Customize button. Select Edit Code.
- Click on theme.liquid under Layout
- Find the </head> tag; this will be near the bottom of the page.
Note: You can do this by scrolling or by searching for it. To execute a search, click within the code. Use CTRL+F (PC) or Command+F (Mac) to search for /head.
- Paste the Lucky Orange tracking code just before this tag
- Click the Save button to save your changes
