How to install in Shopify Plus

Shopify Plus merchants who use the current Lucky Orange app can also track visitors on checkout pages for even more conversion optimization opportunities. 

Note: Shopify Plus merchants have access to customer data tracked through the Shopify Plus checkout process. Shopify Plus merchants can then access this data through Session Recordings and Dynamic Heatmaps. No additional code placement is needed to view Shopify Plus checkout data. Click here to learn more.

To utilize the Shopify Plus checkout data, Shopify Plus merchants should install the Lucky Orange tracking code through the Shopify App marketplace. 

  1. Log into your Shopify store if you haven’t already 
  2. Visit the Lucky Orange app in the Shopify App Store
  3. Click the Add App button
  4. When prompted, you can review the data that is accessed by Lucky Orange; this includes information about Shopify's custom storefront permissions. Click Install to complete the installation process.
  5. The app will automatically install the tracking code on all pages of your Shopify store
