How to enable sounds in Safari

Lucky Orange provides a number of default in-app notificationsin addition to user-based custom notifications. These notifications alert you with an audible sound and/or banner with events occur such as: 

• When a visitor arrives on your website 
• When a visitor begins to Chat, whether through a Chat Invite or initiated through the Chat icon on your website, based on your availability
• When a visitor replies to a previous Chat
• When someone within your organization sends you a direct Chat message

If you’re using Safari, you will also need to enable an extra sound setting to hear these audible notifications: 

1. Go to Safari's Preferences through the Safari menu, or hold the command key while pressing comma (⌘ + ,).
2. Choose the Websites tab along the top.
3. In the left panel, highlight Auto-Play.
4. In the right panel, find luckyorange.com, and change its setting to Allow All Auto-Play
