FAQ: When do account sessions reset

Your account sessions reset at the end of your unique 30 day cycle. This is based on when you upgraded from a trial to a paid or free plan. 

For example, if you made this upgrade on the 15th of the month, your sessions will upgrade 30 days later. It won’t reset on the first day of a month and is tied to your unique upgrade date. 


How do I check how many sessions I have left?

  1. Navigate to Settings from the left navigation
  2. Select Plan & Billing from the menu
  3. In the left corner of the Plan & Billing settings, you will see:
    1. Percentage of remaining sessions
    2. Number of sessions used 
    3. Days left until your sessions reset

Need more sessions? Upgrade your plan to increase your sessions. This new plan will be prorated based on where you are in your billing cycle. 

How do I see which sessions I'll lose based on my plan's data retention?

In the filters drawer within the Visitors table, you can see which sessions will be deleted soon based on your plan's current data retention. If you have sessions on the list you want to save, you should upgrade to an extended storage plan before those sessions are deleted.

Most Lucky Orange plans come with 60 days of storage included in your base plan. If you are on 60 day storage plan, sessions that were recorded more than 60 days from today won't be saved in your account.

To add extended storage to your plan, go to the Plan & Billing page in Lucky Orange and select the Upgrade Storage option.
