Developer Doc: How to trigger Chat programmatically
As you set up Lucky Orange, you can set up your Chat to be opened when a visitor clicks on the Chat icon displayed on your website. This Chat icon can be customized in various ways, but you can also use a button or another element to control the Chat state by taking advantage of the messenger API.
