What is sensitive content and how does Lucky Orange protect it?

Lucky Orange has always made data privacy a top priority. For example, have you ever seen asterisks shown in a Session Recording? This is to protect keystroke data by replacing all visitor keystroke data with asterisks before any data is collected by Lucky Orange. 

You can hide additional content by using special CSS classes or mark specific elements as not sensitive. Click here for developer-specific instructions.

Note: Credit card numbers, social security numbers and all keystrokes (input and text area) are always prevented from being captured and can’t be overridden.
