How does the free plan work?

Lucky Orange now offers a free plan to provide our users with a perfect plan for new but growing websites. Here’s what you need to know: 

Is the free plan really free?

Yes! The free plan doesn’t even require a credit card. 

Are there restrictions?

The free plan has three requirements. With it, you get a maximum of: 

  1. 100 monthly sessions: Once your site surpasses 100 sessions, the tracking will be disabled until you upgrade your plan or the billing cycle resets. You can check how many days remain in your billing cycle by going to Settings and clicking on Plan & Billing.

  2. You’re limited to one tracked site. This means you can use your account to track one site. To add more sites, you’ll need to upgrade your plan and increase the number of websites tracked.

How do I get the free plan if I’m on trial?

Moving from a free trial to a free plan isn’t automatic but takes just seconds to complete. 

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click on Plan & Billing
  3. Select the Upgrade Plan button
  4. From the list of plans, click on Free
  5. Select the Submit button. If you’re on Shopify, select Next: Confirm with Shopify to continue.

How do I get the free plan if I’m on a paid plan?

To move from a paid plan to a free plan, you must meet all requirements listed above. If those conditions are met, Account Owners can move to a free plan.

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click on Plan & Billing
  3. Select the Upgrade Plan button
  4. From the last of plans, click on Free
  5. Select the Submit button. If you’re on Shopify, select Next: Confirm with Shopify to continue.
