How to change the number of websites you’re tracking

Note: Only Account Owners can make this change to the account plan information.

1. Navigate to Settings from the left navigation
2. Click on Plan & Billing. By default, each account created after July 6, 2022 will include one website. 
3. Click on Upgrade Plan
4. Scroll to the bottom of the Plan & Billing page
5. Under “Sites,” click on the number. You can change this number with the arrows that will display when you click into the field, or you can manually adjust the number. 
6. Click on the purple Next: Payment Method button to continue to the next step

All of your plan's sites will contribute to your total sessions. However, each site has its own view within Lucky Orange allowing for Session Recordings, Dynamic Heatmaps, Live Chat and other features to be viewed separately for each site. 

To remove a site from your account

1. From Settings, Click on Sites
2. Next to the site you want to remove from your account, click the View Details button to the right of the desired site
3. In the drawer that will slide in from the right, click the gray Delete Site button at the bottom of the drawer
4. Select the red Delete button in the pop-up to confirm the deletion
