Does everyone see the same Overview cards?
During the account creation process, you were asked to select what type of site you would be tracking, including for your company, your clients or your personal site. Your Overview card selection is determined by your answer. If you were invited as a Member or a Creator, you also will see a different set of Overview cards. Invited Admins will see the same Overview format as the Account Owner.

Can I delete any Overview cards I don’t want to see?
No, the cards can’t be removed. The cards will update periodically with more personalized recommendations, help documents and feature highlights.
How do I Overview to verify my tracking code?
This Overview card will be one either the first or second row. To verify that the code is placed properly and tracking, click the Verify Install button. You will see a message confirming that the tracking code has been placed successfully or is not detected.
Why can’t I see my tracking code in Overview?
There are two possible reasons that you don’t see the tracking code in your Overview:
- You installed through Shopify: Since code installation is handled through Shopify, your tracking code is already good to go and no additional verification is needed.
- You were invited as a Member or Creator role: The tracking code won’t be shown to these roles.
