What GeoIP database does Lucky Orange use?

Whether you’re looking at the Visitors’ Table, watching a Session Recording, viewing a Visitor’s Profile, analyzing Dynamic Heatmap or creating a segment, you can see and filter by a visitor’s physical location. 

As seen in the image above, the visitor’s geographical location is presented along with other information. Until the visitor’s name is passed through the system by completing a form, the unique identifier will distinguish the visitors from each other.

To bring this geographical information, Lucky Orange’s GeoIP data comes from MaxMind GeoLite 2 Database. This is created by MaxMind and available here.
