How to share or save Form Analytics

Saving a static snapshot of your Form Analytics to share with a colleague or save for your records is easy. 

Note: The screenshot instructions below will include anything currently on your screen. To include any of the following details in the Form Analytics capture, click on the Forms icon (shown to the left) in the middle of the top of the page. 

  • To include field statistics in colored boxes around each field: Press SHIFT on your keyboard to enable field boxes if needed. This capability will be enabled by default. 
  • To include the form summary: Once you have selected the form name from the list provided in the Form Analytics dialog box on the right, use the Summary tab. This is the default tab that will show when any form is selected. 
  • To include individual Form Analytics reports: Click the Reports tab and use the dropdown to select from the list of available reports, including:
    • Abandonment shows the most common fields that were last typed in before visitors abandoned their forms
    • Conversion shows visitors who completed and submitted the form
    • Repeat fields show which fields were amended the most by the same visitor
    • Time to start shows how long visitors were on the page before they started filling out the form 
    • Field time shows how the average time it took visitors to complete each individual field
    • Order shows the order in which the form was completed by visitors

You can also remove the Form Analytics dialog box completely by clicking on the X in the upper right corner. 

To take the screenshot: 

  1. Click the Screenshot button in the upper right corner of Form Analytics
  2. In a few moments, a pop-up with a truncated version of the webpage will display
    1. Select the Open in new window button to view the screenshot of the full webpage to copy and paste it into a file or email
    2. Select the Download button to begin downloading the heatmap data of the full webpage

Note: Because it is being downloaded as a static image, interactive properties will no longer be available in the exported file.
