How to delete a member

Note: Only account owners and admins have role permissions to delete members. 

To delete a member, you must deactivate their account. Once the deactivation is complete, the member will be removed from the specific site. If the member was on multiple accounts, they will need to be removed from each site’s account as well. However, you can re-add the member at any time

  1. Navigate to Settings form the left navigation
  2. Click on Members
  3. Select View Details to the right of the member you wish to deactivate 
  4. At the bottom of the drawer, click the gray Deactivate Member

A blue confirmation banner will display at the top of the page with the option to undo the deactivation.
