How to unblock an IP address

Need to remove a block on an IP address? Here’s how you do it: 

1. Click on Settings from the main navigation.
2. Select Blocked Visitors.  If you’re already in Block Visitors, click on Visitors at the top of the page to see the table of blocked visitors.
3. Click the Un-Block button to the right of the visitor(s) you want to unblock.

That’s it! If you need to re-block the visitor, simply repeat the process to block their IP address or source.
