Shopify Product Network- Why does Lucky Orange show a conversion that I didn't get an order for in my shop?

If you've opted into the Shopify Product Network, Lucky Orange tracks and counts conversions that happen on your site as part of that network — even when the resulting order doesn't show up in your usual Shopify Orders list.

Why doesn't this order show up in my Shopify Orders?

Product Network orders are fulfilled differently than orders placed directly through your shop. In your Shopify Admin, these orders are listed separately, above your site's regular Orders, rather than mixed in with them.

Does this mean the conversion Lucky Orange tracked is inaccurate?

No. Lucky Orange is correctly tracking a real conversion — it's just one that came through the Product Network rather than a standard checkout on your site.

Where can I see these orders in my Shopify Admin?

Look above your site's regular Orders list in the Shopify Admin. Product Network orders are broken out and listed there separately.
