Data export column headers: Chat logs

In the help document, we’re going to define and explain each column header that will export from the Communicate tab within the Chat log. Click here to learn more about data exporting.

Note: Data exporting will export any segments selectedor filters applied. For example, if you have refined the date range, it will only export those visitors who communicated through Chat within that selected date range. 

Column name Definition Example
Id The ID is a unique identification of a visitor used internally within Lucky Orange. See the Created By or Customer Name columns below to search within Lucky Orange. 1a2b3c4d-7891234567891-t8d9s5b653896111g
Created At Created At is the date (UTC) when the visitor first landed on your website and their session was created within our system 2023-04-18T16:10:48.407Z
Updated At Updated At is the date (UTC) when the visit last interacted during their session 2023-04-18T16:12:37Z
Site Id A site ID is a unique identifier assigned to a website to distinguish it from others. It helps identify and manage specific websites within Lucky Orange. You can find your Site ID within Settings. 1a2b3c4d
Created By Created by is who initiated the chat. It will either be the visitor or the operator. Copy the entire field and use it to search within Lucky Orange's Visitors' Table. You may need to update the date range within the Visitors' Table. a1b234c5-1234567890123-1ab2345c67d89ef0
Teams Teams will be included in a feature phase of data exporting Marketing
Operator Name Operate Name is the ID of the operator to accept the Chat 220443
Rated Rated refers to whether the Chat was rated by the visitor. If a rating is left, it will show as TRUE. If a rating isn't left, it will show as FALSE. TRUE
Status Status refers to whether the Chat initiated by the visitor was accepted or unaccepted. ACCEPTED
Transferred To Transferred to is an upcoming feature for a future phase of Chat (intentionally left blank)
Customer Name Customer Name is the ID of the person who chatted with your operator. Copy the entire field and use it to search within Lucky Orange's Visitors' Table. You may need to update the date range within the Visitors' Table. a1b234c5-1234567890123-1de2345f67g89h01
Accepted At Accepted At refers to the time (UTC) when the Chat conversation was accepted by a team member 2023-04-17T21:37:10.824Z
Response Time Response Time refers to how long (in milliseconds) it took a team member to initially respond to the Chat conversation 84.25
Rating Rating is the rating a customer left for the team member once the Chat conversation was archived. This may not be included for all visitors and is based on a rating out of five 4
Feedback Feedback is the feedback a customer left for the team member once the Chat conversation was archived. Like the Chat rating, this is optional for visitors. Great customer service!
