How to set up Benchmarks

As part of Lucky Orange’s onboarding process, new users are asked to classify their business type, provide a conversion metric and select their currency. For customers who created their accounts before the updated onboarding process, adding Benchmarks is possible from Settings. 

How to create Benchmarks:

• Click on Settings on the left navigation bar. 
• Select Benchmarks on the left navigation bar.

• Click on the type of website you have:
  • E-commerce
    • Sells services or goods over the internet
  • Lead Generation
    • Has the goal of cultivating customers for products or services
  • SaaS
    • Sells Software as a Service through a subscription model
  • News & Content
    • Distribute entertaining or informative content to be consumed by the website visitors
• Enter your conversion metric. 
  • This will vary depending on your website type.
• Then select the primary currency you use on your site (if applicable)

We are collecting this de-identified data for future enhancements to help our customers understand how their website's performance compares to similar sites. We remove all identifiers from this data before using it to ensure the privacy and safety of our users.
