Does Luck Orange have a Data Processing Addendum?

The Lucky Orange Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is incorporated by reference into and included in the standard agreed upon terms in the Lucky Orange Terms of Service. It is applicable to all customers and applies to all data processing activities.

Lucky Orange understands that users may have the need to separately execute the DPA and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC), and we are happy to honor this request.

To request separate execution of the DPA and the SCC, contact privacy@luckyorange.com with 

• the legal entity name for all Lucky Orange accounts
• the name and email address(es) of the individual(s) to sign on behalf of each account 

Our privacy team will reach out to provide and execute separate DPA and SCC documents.
