How to delete a site

Wait! Before you delete a site, we recommend backing up any data you may need to access at a later time. Once a site has been deleted, all of the data will be removed and can’t be recovered. This includes chat logs, dynamic heatmaps, session recordings, and survey results. 

Need to remove a site from your Lucky Orange account? Here’s how you do it:

1. Log in as the Account Owner. At this time, only the Account Owner can remove a site. 
2. Click on Settings from the main navigation
3. Select Sites
4. Click the See Details button next to the site you want to delete
5. The site’s tracking code will show in a drawer that slides in from the right. Click the white Delete Site button at the bottom of the drawer. 
6. A pop-up will prompt you to confirm the deletion. To complete the deletion, click the red Delete button
