How to reset your password
Need help logging in? Start with resetting your password:
- Go to the Lucky Orange login page and click the Forgot Login? link
- Enter your email address and click the purple Send Instructions button
Expect to receive an email from Lucky Orange with a password reset link shortly. This email has clear directions to help you reset your password and get back into Lucky Orange in no time.
Didn’t receive the password reset email?
- Check your spam folder. While this isn’t a common occurrence, the password reset email may have ended up in your spam folder. To avoid this in the future, add support@luckyorange.com to your email’s safe recipient list.
- If you still haven’t received the password reset email and it’s not in your spam folder, contact our support team at support@luckyorange.com for further assistance.
